Jeremy Brown D.O.
Born and bred in Colorado Springs, Jeremy Brown, D.O., is a native of the state and a graduate of Widefield High School. He graduated from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences with a doctorate in osteopathic medicine. Dr. Brown sees everything that falls under the umbrella of general care in addition to his specialties of manipulation and joint injections. He likes to play golf or take his two dogs, Sadie and Radar, and family for long walks when the weather is beautiful.
Carissa Benedict P.A. -C
Since 2007, Carissa Benedict has served as a physician assistant in the department of family medicine. She has enjoyed establishing herself as a respected member of the local medical profession. She was born and raised in Colorado Springs, where she attended Coronado High School and later earned a bachelor's degree in biology with a minor in neuroanatomy at Colorado State University in Fort Collins. At the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center CHA/PA program, one of the top-ranked physician assistant programs in the US, she pursued her passion of becoming a PA and obtained certification as both a physician assistant and a child health associate. She enjoys spending time with friends, her husband, and their two boys.
Pete Smith P.A. -C
Pete Smith attended Cheyenne Mountain High School after growing up in Colorado Springs. Before completing the P.A. program at Wichita State University, he was employed as a firefighter paramedic. For more than 20 years, Pete has provided medical care to residents of the Fountain Valley area. He mentors students from several University Medical programs in addition to serving the community as president of the board of directors for the Security Fire Department.
